My husband and I are both leery of real estate agents, as most of them seem to be more reactive than proactive in the market. We could not see paying the commission for something we did most of the work on! However, Amber Stormberg proved us VERY wrong. We hired her after trying to list FSBO with a lot of garbage and fake people calling us all the time. She came recommended from a title company we have worked with in the past, and personally jumped right on our account.
