They were with us though every step of the process. We were never "in the dark" as they communicated everything so well. I was a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was doing, what to look out for or anything. I purchased this home and another with Adriane last year. I came to the area to flip homes that flooded during harvey and this was to be the first. I needed help with the many challenges I faced coming from another state. Adriane was there every step of the way ! Not to typical of a real estate agent in my opinion but she was from the finishes in the house to help getting to know the area. As I look back on all of it I really cant believe someone would put forth so much effort to help. So January 2019 comes and I am ready to list. She made it smooth and simple as can be .............only one problem. I flat out ignored her advice to get an elevation certificate for flood insurance quotes,its important. Regardless of my ignorance she had the house on the market in two days. I tell you she can market a house over 45 showings in just a few weeks........ I really wish I had that flood certificate Youd really have to be a moron to by a house not knowing what the flood ins would be. Could be 10,000 a year. Adriane never showed any frustration with me. It took two months to get a flood insurance quote........she did that too. Good thing this isnt my review! I wasted her time as well as many others , bout 70 showings over two months that she really couldnt sell due to my mistakes. Well the offers began to come in and she sold it and within a couple weeks we were under contract. They backed out after 10 days ......couldnt find flood ins.... should have listened to Adriane. She sold it again two days later on a Sunday and thats why Im writing this. Over 100 showings now thats some marketing. She is going to help me buy another next week. I have one that she will be listing real soon. Ive learned alot from her and will surely be prepared this time.
