Fawaad is a knowledgeable, patient, friendly real estate agent who helped me through a difficult real estate sale. My property was in tough shape in the beginning, but with his advice on what needed to be addressed with the property I was able to turn my property around and with his help make a quick, profitable sale. I have known Fawaad for several years now from past real estate transactions and I would recommend no one else. He is one of the nicest men I have ever met or worked with and it was an absolute pleasure to get to know him and work with him. Fawaad made it clear that he was there for me and his no-pressure, stress free approach to real estate transactions made it clear that his client is his top priority.
