I come to write this review more than a year after Amy facilitated the sale of our house in Saint Joseph, MO because she did such an excellent job, and I've meant to express my gratitude since.
Any realtor can get the job done when a home sale goes smoothly, but I can attest that Amy will get the job done even when it doesn't.
The sale of our house in Saint Joseph was a necessary condition of buying our next home, where I'd taken a job in Kansas. We listed our house with Amy in the spring of 2021, and within a couple of weeks, we had a buyer. All was going wonderfully -- the offer we'd accepted (not the only one) was above the asking price, the buyer's loan was pre-approved, and all seemed to be near the best-case scenario.
Then our home was appraised... for many thousands of dollars below the currently agreed-upon sale price by a local appraiser of questionable character.
Then a novice inspector casually noted some non-issue about the basement of our 1913 home, prompting the buyer's lender to request a foundation inspection.
And then finally, the day before closing, we got a call -- the buyer had just gone and purchased a new pickup truck, disqualifying them from their loan and negating our sale.

It is a long story, one that was stressful to live through and that I don't care to fully recount, but at each step of the way, Amy was there to support and advise, to mitigate and resolve the issues as they arose, and then move on to what came next. In the end, our home sold for a fair price, we were able to move to our new home... and all's well that ends well. Selling a home can be a headache, but Amy made it much more bearable.

I believe that Amy did the best she could for us at each step of the way through the selling process, even though it was full of obstacles. She went above and beyond reasonable expectations, and I much appreciate her work. I highly recommend you consider using her realty services for the sale of your home, too.
