James is a fantastic realtor. Use him. As out-of-the-area owners, we expected the worst, but James delivered exemplary, knowledgeable and professional service. From the start, he promptly responded to every query, whether by phone or email. He knows the market, and shares his wisdom. Using his courteous and gentle manner, he persuaded our tenant, who badly wanted our property (but at a grossly below marker price), to leave.
