We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Karen to friends, family, and neighbors. Karen had now helped us buy a house (2015) and sell (2021) and both times we were impressed with her professionalism, kindness and straightforward approach. We picked Karen at random based on good reviews and her market experience and we were satisfied with her work for us. As it turns out, unbeknownst to either of us, Karen had sold a house for my son about a decade before. She knows her stuff (house sold within 10k of what she estimated it would), she has her selling system down! We cleaned and prepped our house and she did everything else. Her photographer did an awesome job on our property. We got a weekly email that showed interest in our property so when it was time to make a price adjustment it was clear why. We had to leave town (work transfer) before the house sold and she took care of a couple of issues for us that came up without our asking. This was a good sales experience for us and we would definitely use a Karen again. 2020

First, we don't give bad reviews, but this can't be overlooked. Maybe it help others and/or Karen remember what's important..Karen was hired by an awol sibling to help sell a home that was an inheritance property on acreage in a strong market and area. To us, she took an easy deal and made ALOT of money for the little / no work she did. We had no choice or input (due to awol sibling), which is not her fault. However, she unfortunately,did not agree to find other buyers to get the top price (nor explain anything to us), plus had the aid of 2 attorneys (we had to pay), nor agree to take a lesser commission as the broker on both sides for the little work done; Afterall, the tenants were buying the property! We even gave her needed info and made sure she got it timely w/her few responses or help i.e. title. She could've been more explanatory even with attorneys in the background. We feel she could've done much more to help us honor our parents home with the inheritance left for their family that one sibling already had made selfish choices on. We truly support good realtors who want to serve their clients best interests and should be paid for such. With her, from our perspective it was business for top dollar without even a "thank you" for the $$$ she received! To us, the deal mattered more then the people. 2018
