I called Jordan because he helped a friend sell her house and I was impressed with him from day one. He met us on really short notice (two days, I think) and gave us some great recommendations on where we could make improvements to increase our sale price. His service includes a professional stager and photographer, at no cost to the client, and believe me when I say they make a huge difference. n nAfter I met with Jordan, I primarily dealt with Kadri, who emailed regularly to check on our progress and see if we needed anything, without ever coming across as pushy. It took me a couple months to do everything I wanted to do, and then I had to push the listing a time or two due to problems I encountered, but she never once made me feel rushed. n nI met with Jordan again to price the house before listing, and I was exceptionally pleased with the results.
