I couldn't ask for an easier transition thanks to Stacy. Putting my house on the market and seeing it for sale was an emotional time for me. Not only was Stacy was a true professional agent, she was a bit of an emotional support person for me. She went above and beyond that of any other realtor I have dealt with in other house sales and/or purchases. Prior to putting my house on the market, Stacy took the time to recommend a few minor repairs needed to make the house more enticing to potential buyers. In addition, she offered her staff to do these repairs, and once they were complete, Stacy recommended and helped properly stage the house. She also hired a professional photographer to take pictures and shoot a video of the house for listing purposes. When it came time to list it, she recommended a price based on the Current Market Assessment as well as her knowledge of the selling market. Her recommendation was "spot on" as I had requests for showings within hours of the house being listed. I believe all of those extra services Stacy provided were the reason that I had multiple purchase offers immediately. Within 24 hours, I accepted an offer that was above the asking price. My house was on its way to being sold thanks to Stacy. But, Stacy's hard work and dedication didn't end there. She continued to be an exceptional agent as she dealt with the buying agent, home buyers, home inspectors, attorneys, etc. So, on the day of the closing, all there was left to do was sign and collect my check. As a first time homebuyer, I was overwhelmed by the process. I did a lot of research to try and prepare myself but as soon as I met with Stacy and Jimmy the first time I was put at ease.

We worked with Jimmy closely. Looking at homes and talking about what we wanted. Jimmy was able to help us prioritize. You could see how much Jimmy enjoyed looking for homes to show us and going through them with us. He was always thorough and positive- which is huge when youre dealing with the stress of homebuying.

Stacy stayed in touch throughout the process and we worked with her closely as well. Working with both of them was like seeing a house with a friend who knows everything about the process.

Communication is key in every relationship- not only were they quick to respond and timely when giving reminders, but you could tell that what was communicated with one of them was shared with the other and they have a great working relationship.
