Teresa is famous for her kind and tactful communication which comes with strength. This was a deciding factor in choosing her and Laura to represent us, and it definitely came into play in this market in a way that probably tipped the scale in us 'winning' our house when there were other eager buyers. The way our offer was structured made it straight forward and attractive and gave us traction. She understood how to approach the other broker to best represent our interests. Teresa will not drop the ball, and she's like a mother bear on behalf of her clients, a kindly mother bear. Who wouldn't want that?!
