Lois never asked her clients to write reviews. However, she did such an amazing job. I felt compelled to recommend her service to future buyers/ sellers. She represented our best interest throughout the process.

I interviewed 5 top agents in the Cape Girardeau area. She is unequivocally one of the most polished and business-oriented realtors I ever talked to. Every house I looked at, shed explain the pros and cons of owning a certain type of home using real cases from her experience and analyze current market data to advise me making informative decisions. During the negotiation process, Im utterly surprised by her masterful communication skill. She was able to smooth the process and effectively negotiate with the other agent. I couldnt remember how many times she picked up my call after 10 pm to answer my questions. There are a few times inspector and seller made mistakes that could potentially jeopardize the deal. Shed put her own money and reputation on the line to make things right. Last but certainly not least, she built positive relationships with the most reputable contractors, inspectors, lenders, and insurance agents in Cape and Jackson area. Anything, I mean anything house related she is able to connect me with the best people. I highly recommend future buyers/ sellers give her a call and see for yourself.

Lois is the best realtor you could ask for. She is patient, listens to every detail in what we were looking for and always quick to respond, day or night.
