Insisted that the property had a good investment return rental. Only allowed his guy (which I later learned was owner of his "Realestate firm" bid on much needed repairs). Told me to trust him and his contractor to have my back. Inspection came out bad but Bob and Dave both insisted that the inspection was wrong and they can make the property appealing at $25, 000. They would handle the property management because that is what they do. The end result? Everything Dave did was horrible and I had to redo. I can't even begin to tell you how bad the work was. There was no "property management" at this place. In my opinion....I was scammed by a total unethical realtor and his sidekick Dave.
Very Poor. Insisted the inspection report was bogus and promised "his guy" would fix all problems on the inspection report. His "guy" did terrible work and I had to spend thousands to fix the poor workmanship.Turns out "this guy" was friends and part owner of the realtor firm known as "Charter". Mr. Fedder even forgot to show up at the closing.The name has changed but the questionable ethics probably wont. 2016
