Our real estate experience began with David as we were look for a rental property in Stafford, VA. David not only sent us listings based on our requirements, he actually went with us to view these properties. He made contact with the property manager to get answers to questions we had, as well as scheduled a second viewing for the rental house we ultimately selected. David went above and beyond my expectations.
David was asked to sell our house in Springfield and he accepted. David advised us on the comps and we settled on the initial asking price. He worked around our contractors schedule to make sure he was able to allow the buyers to know this house was coming. He had a sign installed on the property several weeks in advance letting people know the house was coming soon, as well as listing coming soon on the MLS database. Marketing the house well in advance with mailers to the community and emails to other agents, so buyers don't miss out. Once the contractors were finished, he he arranged his photographer to take numerous pictures of the property so that the buyers could see the house in all its splendor. The house went on the market and David had several open houses during the week and weekend until we went under contract. During the under contract period he was in contact with buyers agent to help speed things along and negotiating dollars and closing dates to get this house sold. The house sold quick and for what we asked. We are extremely pleased with "the DMV Closer's" work ethic. I myself have been in sales for over 20 years and David went above and beyond my expectations to take care of his clients (sellers) and the customers (buyers).
