They represented the seller. Upon inspection of the property with the inspector repairs were requested. Some of the repairs were made, but not all of them. We were told the contractor the seller hired ordered the wrong one and would bring the correct part when it came in. We contacted Christa several times and she gave us the contractor's number he never answered. Several calls to Christa and she said it would be taken care of. I called several times throughout the first several months after we bought the house. They called the contractor, and were not able to get in touch with them. Then she said that the company would personally see the problem was corrected. She said it would be taken care of. More time passed, nothing. I called the last time to be told that information was only kept on file for so long and they no longer were able to correct it.

Really disappointed.
