My husband and I never thought we would be in our dream home this year, it wasnt something that we planned in advanced at all. We had our previous home, but it never felt right for us and one day in late April of this year we decided to consult with a Realtor. After searching online and reading through many reviews (like many of you are doing now) we came across Carolinas reviews. We immediately liked what we read (as we needed someone who was knowledgeable with VA loans). We contacted her during the late afternoon and she made time to speak with us and additionally ask us questions that same day. From the moment we spoke to her, we got the sense that she really cared about making the process work for us. Carolina is an amazing Real Estate Professional. We were lucky to count with her support when we decided to move to FL. Carolina quickly understood what we wanted and only brought to our attention properties that met our detailed list of needs and likes. Our entire process was virtual. Carolina was patient with us as we were new to the area. She not only showed us the house(s), but she also took the time to show us the area through web meetings and mobile video conferences. Buying a house in this hot market is not for everyone - time is of the essence. We had our fair share of long nights and weekends with paperwork and offers, and Carolina was always available when we needed her. Eventually, we got the house!
Carolina support did not stop after getting the house. We faced some challenges with the home insurance as the house needed new electrical panels (nothing wrong with the installed ones, the insurance companies simply had them blacklisted so they had to be replaced). This was a challenging task to be done remotely. Through her network, Carolina helped us finding a few electricians, and took the time to show them the house/job, which allowed us to get multiple quotes and handpick the one we liked.
Our furniture was coming from Canada and the quotes we found on our own were crazy expensive. Once again, through her network, Carolina recommended us someone that does this for living - wh searched/found a fantastic moving company saving us around $5K in the process.
In a nutshell, the experience was flawless. Carolina knows the market remarkably well and she goes beyond expectations to ensure you get the house of your dreams. She is also amazingly well connected.
and if you are moving from another State or country, make sure you work with Carolina. Small things will come up and I dont believe anyone will go the extra mile (or miles as in our case).

The buyer's agent was difficult but Carolina worked hard to get the deal done by providing us multiple showings at our convenience and being extremely timely in any request we had. Her responsiveness and professionalism as well as knowledge of the area combined with access to local inspectors made the transaction smooth and timely. Would definitely call on again to help with future transactions.

I wish I could give Carolina a lot more than 5 stars. Two years ago (2017) I bought a property with her and everything was a breeze. She was on top of every detail even things I had not thought about that will definitely benefit me. Now two and a half years after my husband and I decided to relocate out of the state and we decided to sell our property. Of course the first person who came to mind was Carolina. She sold my townhouse in 3 hrs!!! The advertising she put together was insane!! Beautiful professional pictures, 3D video, life Facebook video, you name it! Every time I need to ask her probably the most stupid question she was there for me! She loves what she does and she has a great carisma. She will tell it like it is.
