I was in an odd time sensitive situation involving a unrelated truck incident and as a result, unable to work anymore. I needed to move my home of 40+ years (that I built board by board) FAST or loose it to the bank. There was no way I could keep it. I called on Erin with an impossible situation and she turned it into a 2 week "slam dunk" process.
Before listing my house I interviewed three agents. I chose Erin for several reasons, including her creative ideas for marketing the house and her impressive knowledge of the housing market in my area. She was confident that the house would sell at a higher price than the other two agents had recommended, and she was right! The house was under contract in three days and ultimately sold at list price. Throughout the process, she was always available and answered my endless questions with genuine kindness and concern. I highly recommend Erin!

Erin was Awesome to work. Her professionalism and her service is unmatched by any other realtor. Since I live out of the are, Erin was invaluable in helping me find people to maintain the property, do repairs, empty all the personal items, do deep cleaning and then marketing the property for sale.
She had professional photos taken to list the property which showed the spaciousness of the home and the secludedness of the surrounding acreage.
Erin is a true professional with a caring personality. It was a great pleasure to work with her to market our property and get a contract offer with 4 days of market time.
