I cannot say enough about Kellie... We have purchased 2 homes with Kellie and sold one with the Jim Mills Team. We first purchased a condo in West Ashley- and let me tell you we had hurdles! However, Kellie made sure to always have a plan, she is supportive during the rough patches and she is a straight shooter- which is truly what you need in a realtor! nWe sold that Condo, which she set us up with Tami Gordon since she was busy on the hunt for our forever home- Tami is absolutely awesome! She sold our condo in 30 days, she was accommodating & she was open to communicate with on anything large or small- and made us top dollar! nWe searched for our forever home, for what felt like forever- even took on a rental when the condo sold (no fault of Kellie, we just had specific needs and were not willing to compromise). That being said, Kellie kept us in line on every level! She was stern when we were starting to compromise out of feeling or considering compromise, as well she was fully accessible for all things such as meetings, inspections, phone calls- she took on more so that we didn't have to do so! nAnd here we are! I promise you, we found our AMAZING forever home with everything marked off of our want & need list- and she fought for our interests! nBoth agents were easy to work with, knowledgeable (and if they didn't know they found, and made us feel like we could trust that they were representing us as friends or family!
