My family just moved from Georgia to Philadelphia. Tom checked in with me almost every day, took us on virtual tours of several properties, provided honest opinions/feedback on the properties and surrounding areas, and even stopped by the house we landed on when we arrived in Philadelphia! Our home buying process was more like a marathon than a sprint. There were many late night and weekend showings, a few houses we almost pulled the trigger on, and a few houses that we did but fell through. Im not one for reviews, this actually might be the first one Ive ever wrote. However, I felt like I had to because of the unbelievable customer service and hard work Tom showed. This was my first time buying a home so everything was new to me. There wasnt a single thing that Tom didnt go over with me in detail and on the off chance he didnt know the answer, he made sure to get it for me. He negotiated a great deal for me and everything went as smooth as possible. Mind you, I live 2 states away from where I decided to purchase my first home and I work a hectic schedule. Tom worked around my schedule and was there every step of the way with immediate responses which is a big thing for me. I recommend him to anyone that I know buying in the Philly/bucks area. To be completely honest, I dont like being pitched or pressured or feel rushed and that was the thing I loved most about working with Tom. Hes straight forward and does B.S. I always recommend him and will continue to recommend him to anyone I know looking for a realtor in that area. 2021
