I was blown away by the experience I had working with Hope Egan. I dont think I could have found a better agent or individual! Throughout the process, I did not feel pressured, only heard. She was consistently listening for my feedback on houses and letting me determine what would be best for me! Hope even walked through each part of the contract and answered my many questions throughout the home-buying experience.

In the home buying process, it is critical to know that your agent is firmly in your corner. Hope was just that - she was behind me every step of the way, answering all of my questions, and helping to progress things forward. When I found my future home, Hope jumped right into action and started using her team of trusted lenders to move me forward towards placing an offer. In talking with her, I could tell that she really understood what the seller was looking for and how to make my offer stand out amongst many others. Her professionalism and negotiation skills are truly what I think helped the seller and I reach an accepted contract. Upon contract acceptance, Hope helped me get the lending process started and kept me on track working towards my quick closing date. Not only was our closing date quick, but we closed earlier than what was stated!

I am grateful for everything Hope has done to help me in this process and look forward to buying/selling my next house with her!
