This was a long distance (via cell) house hunting experience. My husband and I contacted Egypt for assistance in finding a home in GA. We gave her our specifications. The first house had a beautiful outside appearance, Egypt saw it and suggested an inspection, the report was negative. She asked if a newly built could be a possibility, we hesitated, thinking it would be over our budget. My husband was browsing the internet and saw a new construction, we said to sent the info to Egypt and the rest is history. Her negotiation skills in getting engineered hardwood flooring,the color schemes inside /outside, and blinds included in the selling price must be commendable. Our only trip to GA was for the closing, when we saw the house we were surprised and pleased, Egypt delivered exactly what was asked for and more.
