In the beginning of the relationship, I called Linda Beaulieu and she called me back the same day. She told me she would get some information about the property and get back to me within 24 hours, and she did, that impressed me. I called several other realtors, and either heard back from them days later or did not hear at all.
I think most importantly that Linda listened to us throughout the process. At one point we wanted to make some changes to how we were showing the property which wasn't a typical way, she heard us and made the changes.
During the closing portion Linda was professional, and checked in with us consistently to make sure that we didn't have any questions or concerns.
