very professional, good sales price plan and advice, and patient !!!!! gerri gave me the benefit of her knowledge of the sales in the local market and pricing to get the best price but sale the property in a reasonable time. i was impressed in our first meeting (which was a year before i listed) because there was no "if you don't list it now..." threats. she just discussed comps and pricing and how fast houses were selling. it worked out great.

i don't know how anyone could have a complaint using Gerri to sell their house. she makes herself available 24/7 and returns calls immediately and is immediately on any situation that comes up.
