Stephanie Junca was an exceptional help. She met all our important needs: knowledgeable about the pros and cons of local neighborhoods, prompt and responsive, provided excellent guidance, great negotiatior (we were in a multiple offer situation; also great when negotiating price again when appraisal came up short).
