Best realtor in Texarkana, hands down! Virginia is just so amazing. She acts fast and gets things done before they become a hassle for the seller. She almost always schedules showings just hours after you request them. We switched to Virginia from another realtor and were so happy we chose her. I couldn't say one bad thing about our agent. Going above and beyond is an understatement. She was always prompt and eager to explain every fact about each listing. If I had a question she was contacting the agent and a contractor to find a solution before we even panicked. She is professional, intelligent, resourceful, but mainly she is honest. There was a house we loved and wanted to buy, but she spotted foundation concerns. We reluctantly took her advice and met with an engineer during the inspection period. It turned out that the house would have cost thousands to repair. Fortunately, she helped us find a rental until we find a home. We are still working with her to buy a home in the spring. 2016
