I paid more for Tisha's services and she was worth every dime. I had a difficult situation and needed to have the house under contract and sold by the end of the year 2017. The house showed well, however, she sold it for me with multiple offers before it hit MLS and closed on Dec 15, 2017. Tisha said what she would do and then made it happen. Mrs. Curry was the best decision I made in the process. She replaced a realtor and became everything she wasn't. Mrs. Curry is VERY knowledgeable about her field and her professionalism is just amazing. She made my husband and I feel comfortable; she got to know us and what we wanted in our first home. She stayed in contact with us and let us know about any updates. When she found our home, we came out and the smile on her face as she stood on the porch made me smile. Once we was inside she answered any question we had or got back to us later that day with info. The process was short and sweet, I have to give Mrs. Curry her credit, a standing ovation and a cyber-hug.
