When we moved to this area there were multiple brokers that I reached out to. When I was connected with Harold after our initial conversation I knew this was someone I wanted to work with. To that point my conversations were, "Tell me what you want and I will put it in the MLS." When I spoke with Harold I could tell he knew the market and was able to educate me on the area and the different options for me. We elected to build and that process took five months and Harold was in contact every step up of the way. When we closed I told Harold if we ever moved the listing was his.
