This was a personally difficult sale since it involved selling my deceased father's home, which he and my mother had lived in for over forty years. Cynthia went above and beyond in EVERY area of my purchase. I had to back out of a contract due to pipes bursting, and she was right there to see it through. I then went on to purchase a short sale. She was on top of it as my attorney didn't work with short sales; she found me a different attorney that same day. She thoroughly explained the entire process of a short sale and was proactive in reaching out to the sellers agent regarding the transaction. Prior to working with Cynthia we interviewed a few Realtors, who were not that knowledgeable and even worked with one who treated us as inferior because we had a lesser budget than most of her clients. Cynthia was an absolute pleasure to work with. It has been an extremely long and painful process but with her it made my days better.
