Tai Menz, and indeed the entire Coastline Realty crew, worked over and above what I have seen from most real estate compainies. Their attentiveness to my needs during the entire process was exemplary. Even though my deadlines have been considered "my problems" by previous agents, Tai and Coastline went out of their way to make sure that everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Tai made sure I received the best deal possible on my purchase and always made me feel like I had some on my side through the entire process. I cannot recommend them enough.
