Trying to find a good realtor is like trying to find a good lawyer, dentist, doctor, etc...: the good ones are being referred by word of mouth and everybody else advertise like crazy. The ones that advertise a lot usually have the time to do it, hint.
I was relocating and have purchased an out of state home sight unseen. Well, not really. She insisted that I would look at the house before actually buying it. So, I did. - 2 or so days before closing I walked through the house. That is how much I have trusted Alla to fulfill my criteria, which she did.
I have purchased, and sold, many real estate properties. Since my relocation, Alla has primarily handled my transactions, plural, from both ends, purchasing and selling.
When looking for a realtor, one has to make sure that realtor is experienced, knowledgeable of an area and the marketplace. Plus, has proper contacts for contractors, inspectors, lawyers, financiers - the whole enchilada. After all, do you want someone who is only going to sell you a house? Or, someone who will help you in making a right financial decision, when it is concerns real estate? Spending hundreds thousands of dollars on a purchase should be made with someone who has years of experience and also number of units sold.

I would recommend Alla to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. She is knowledgeable of the marketplace and has years, with units sold and bought, of experience to back her up.
