The first time I met Cindy, I noticed her calmness and that she really seemed to be a good listener.
After much individual searching for homes online, my husband and I met Cindy at a home I had requested to see. She showed the home to us and also asked if we would like to see another in the neighborhood which was also for sale. After seeing both homes we spent a good deal of time talking about what we were looking for, Cindy intently listened and asked if I wanted to see some more places the following week. As a native to the area, Cindy was familiar to the Banner Elk/Linville area that we were interested in. She showed us around, and pointed me to areas that would be good fits for our needs and wants. I quickly found a home that fit the bill. She researched comps, and we made an offer which was eventually accepted.
From the beginning and throughout the closing process, Cindy was always on top of it, and she was quickly available when I had questions. She patiently and knowledgeably walked me through any questions I had, no matter how big or small.
Cindy also was our realtor when we put our home on the market. Her strive to get the word out with her marketing tactic were A1! My house went under contract within 16 days and even received a FULL PRICE back up offer!
