I purposefully waited a few weeks before I wrote my review of EXIT REAL ESTATE PROPERTY SOLUTIONS in order to accurately assess this company and the realtor who worked with me (Mr Brian Madsen). The reason for the "cool down period" was because this was one of the most stressful times of my life and I had to separate emotion from reason when making my assessment. The truth is, after speaking with others who have gone through this process with EXIT REALTY, I found that my experience was normal and even on the less stressful side of the coin. One thing that separated this company from others was the preparation they put in for all of the requested task. This could have been a much more stressful event had I gone with any competitor based on my previous experiences with other Realty Companies in the area, I know because I have already experienced it (Won't say the name but there aren't many of those around here, so you do the math), The realtor, Brian Madsen had excellent customer service skills and practically called me, text me or emailed me to update me on the sale of the property while I was out of town. He was available 24/7 the whole time to answer any questions and I tested him frequently due to the time zone difference. Brian, never got impatient with me and babied me through the process, despite my lack of understanding most of the time. When I couldn't get him on the phone immediately, his coworker Kim always stepped up and fielded the call to assist me. These two,(Brian and Kim) worked incessantly to make sure everything went smoothly. I wanted to review this company honestly and fairly and not base my assessment on the level of stress during this process. This process is supposed to be stressful to an extent. The truth is, I was surprised at how this company ( EXIT Realty Estate Property Solutions), handled the actual task at hand and also the customer service both at the same time. This company came through for me when I needed them the most. This was only the third house I've been involved with purchasing and I have to say I was completely blown away with the customer service Brian extended to me throughout the buying process.
