She spent a lot of time listening to why my family loves Tahoe, how often we visit, and what we do while we're there. By knowing what we wanted in general and paying attention to details that we missed, Kat was able to find us the perfect home for our family, in a neighborhood that wasn't initially on our radar. She knows so much about the area and how you can maximize your time there.
Additionally, Kat has the town wired! When you buy a Tahoe home, you'll likely need many services that you don't immediately think about. In addition to plumbers and electricians, she knows great people for roofing, cleaning, chimney sweeping, snow removal, bear boxes, locksmiths, etc. She gave us a detailed list of trusted pros to call for anything our cabin needs and they all know her by name. Kat went the extra mile to make sure we got everything we needed to make our home work for us.
Lastly and certainly not least, Kat is an extremely efficient problem solver. During escrow, our inspection process uncovered a few not-so-minor problems that needed remediation before we could close. More than a few times in the process we hit snags that I thought would derail our timeline completely. Kat was able to bring together several craftsman and stay tightly connected with the selling agent so that we got all the work done right and kept the delays to a minimum. While I was quite stressed during this period, Kat was calm and determined to do whatever it took fix these issues and ensure that we could close the deal with confidence.

I first met Katherina about three years ago in 2016. My dad wanted to make sure everything would go smoothly for us when he was gone so he hand picked Katherina. And I know why he picked her, she has such a spark, drive and an amazing personality!
