This is the third time we have worked with Bradley, we sold one home through him, bought one home through him, and now sold that home through him. Our only regret is that we were moving out of town, and so will not be able to use him for our next home purchase! He is always responsive to calls and texts, and showed great initiative to get our home ready to sell for the best possible price - staging, getting quotes on necessary repairs, he even came out on his own to spread mulch in our front garden so our curb appeal would be better.
