Ryan is the best realtor I have been with. I was looking for 6 months and went through 3 other realtors and every time i put in an offer another one was accepted. Here is what happened
1. I went to go to this home at exactly 9am right when it opened. 2. Ryan put in an offer at 10am and called the agent letting him know allowing him only till 1pm to accept 3. at 1pm he got a call saying their were multiple offers and to submit highest and best by 8pm 4. Ryan called me and we resubmitted 5. Ryan then calls other agent. The other agent said why would they accept a VA loan over others they have 20 other showings CONFIRMED by 130pm and why would they accept it. 6. Ryan called and told him that there will be other VA loans with not many clients willing to pay their own closing and the sellers plus their own home warranty. 7. I get a call from Ryan that they wanted me to sign something saying if it didn't appraise i'd pay out of pocket I said no 8 get another call (all this in 30 to 45 min) saying that they would do a 3 way call and let us know, I said i would pull out my contract if they wanted to wait as I knew what they were doing. 9. at 330pm while I was at the doctors with my son that they accepted the offer. 10. I was stoked. I love this house everything I needed without a basement. NO OTHER AGENT DID THIS MUCH! Ryan did such an amazing job and didn't stop until it was done. He put me first when we put in the contract and he made me feel like i was his only client! He walked me through everything until the end. When I moved in he gave me a microwave as a closing gift since the owners took the one they had! such a caring realtor. I seriously couldn't of asked for a better agent or a better home! My family and I were moving from out of state and Ryan helped from start to finish of our search for a home. He was excellent at negotiating on our behalf as well as provide us numerous options that fit our criteria. Not only was he readily available to answer questions but after closing prior to us moving up to the area he went above the norm and stopped by the house to ensure that there were no issues(i.e. water pipes freezing, etc) being in the colder winter months. 2018
