Tricia, a seller from Fogelsville, PA
We have worked with Betty on multiple occasions. Most recently the sale of our home in Fogelsville. My husband Ron and myself have always found Betty to be professional, extremely ethical and knows the market well. At Betty's own expense she helped to stage our home, providing neutral furniture, art and dcor. I believe this made a huge difference in the sale of our home. Betty sold our home in less then two days, providing us with multiple offers. We received the full asking price and the settlement went smoothly. We first met Betty back in 2008 when Ron and I decided to get married and blend our families. She sold my home and Ron's home quickly while finding us the perfect house for our large, blended family. We were so impressed with Betty and her professional skills that we stayed in touch and as time went on Ron and I decided to start a small real estate business ourselves. Over the last 7 years we have worked with Betty to purchase 3 rental properties. Three single, beautiful homes in a great school district. We could not have been successful with these rental property purchases without Betty's expertise and guidance. We also utilize Betty's services to find renters for our properties. All that being said, we have had multiple dealings with Betty and we have always been satisfied. I can not imagine using anybody else for our real estate needs.

Righterke, a buyer from Haycock Township, PA
Betty showed us this home, and the first thing she told us was that we needed to spend $50k just to lay our heads down, and informed us that she and her husband own a home improvement company. She then shared that she wished she could own this home herself, or at least have one of [her] buyers purchase it, so she could get dual agency commission. After putting an offer in on this property, there was some back and forth on the offer terms for several days (we consented to an earlier close date, we provided proof of funds for our down payment). After agreeing to her/the sellers changes, we heard no news of acceptance or denial of offer for several days. Instead, she told us that she couldnt get in touch with the seller, that she wanted to go over the sellers disclosure with the seller again (despite us waiving inspections and purchasing the property as-is), that she wanted to revisit the tax assessment, etc, anything to delay the acceptance. Finally, when we informed her that she was in default on the timeline to provide acceptance or not of our offer, she told our agent that someone put an offer in directly to the seller a day after she showed us the property. This gave her ample time to work behind our, and her seller clients, back, so she could 1) receive dual-agency commission, and 2) potentially push her and her husbands other home improvement company for added income. She is a typical 1980s shark real estate agent who has no ones interests but her own in mind. Beware working with her to buy or sell your home.
