Did not get what I wanted for all the updates to house price point wise. Transaction is not listed on her all time sale listings for some odd reason. Claimed sidewalks and gutters were going to be installed years in the future, yet no sidewalk was ever installed on south side of street where the property is located on and property taxes are less expensive than when I lived there! Claimed some kind of radon system was needed, yet that was not required or discussed when I purchased the house just 4 years earlier. She cost me thousands and would NOT recommend this realtor. Not completely honest. Find someone else!
