Just prior to closing, the house sustained water damage due to a broken water filtration system in the kitchen. She instrumental in keeping us informed through the repair process, frequently checked in on the property and ensured the repairs were done quickly and correctly and facilitated us selecting upgrades throughout the house. Without he involvement I don't believe I would have been able to comfortably complete the purchase. In the end the entire process pushed out closing a mere 45 days.
