Tanya helped my wife and I purchase our dream retirement home in Morganton. I was impressed with her knowledge of the area and her professionalism. We live in Orlando, FL and were short on time since we had to travel back home for my wife's work. We only had a week to review 5 properties and make our decision. She arranged all the showings so that we were able to get to all of them within the first two days in town. That allowed us ample time to review each and make our decision. Once we decided on a property, Tanya helped us line up a competent home inspector that was able to get the inspection completed before we had to leave town. She was able to get the offer and acceptance process completed the same day we decided on the property. Tanya helped tremendously with all the prep work necessary to get us to closing. Since we were working from Orlando and not too familiar with the Morganton area, she ran down all the information we needed to set up utilities and other necessary items before closing. On closing day we had completed everything we needed to take possession of our new home. Counting this one, we have bought four homes and sold three over the years. Our experience with Tanya has, by far, been the most professional and satisfying of them all.
