In this difficult time of the pandemic, youd be expected to be a little skeptical only having interactions over email and the phone. We were not able to meet in person until we were pre-approved, and that was a little process of itself for us. Megan created a video for us and it personable after that. We felt comfortable working with her. Being first time home buyers, we had questions (and a lot of them). I cant remember a time she didnt know an answer to one of our questions.
