Jasmine asked a lot of questions at our first meeting and really listened to the answers. When we got off track or considered homes that didn't really fit our needs she nudged us back on track. She was patient and readily available through the whole process. She put us in touch with JVM for our mortgage and that was so appreciated. Jasmine's relationship with the folks at JVM made the mortgage process so easy. The communication among the JVM team, Jasmine and us made it simple from application to closing. When we had a few challenges during escrow she took the lead, worked through the challenges and really created the best possible outcome on our behalf. Jasmine was professional and she looked out for our best interests each step of the way. Jasmine was an absolute delight to work with and I don't know what we would have done without her.
