I lived in Georgia and had to deal with buying my retirement home in NC.
I wanted a specific neighborhood near
my fathers property. Deborah went above and beyond when we thought we had found a property. Because I lived so far away Deborah did a Skype tour and gave me her observations based on what she knew about me and the properties condition. After we hung up she got a phone call saying there were already 3 offers on the table. Long story short I did get another property I wanted because it came back on the market. During spring break we looked at many properties and we worked on my paperwork. I am living my dream after now after 37 years of teaching. Deborah is my hero.

Debbie Morgan is simply the best. She was always available to show homes, helpful at design center to pick upgrades, been in with us during whole process of buying new home. Without her knowledge and expertise it will be difficult, she made it easy and fun.
