Janet was always an excellent communicator, which for me is one of the most important attributes I look for when working with someone in such an important endeavor. My experience was truly a "God thing" and Janet understood that. While looking a one property, (set up by Janet in our desired neighborhood), I was walking around enjoying the beautiful neighborhood, when I met & started talking to a lady on her screened in porch. Her view was gorgeous, like a dream. She told me her home was going to be up for sale within about 2 months. I talked to Janet and she was on it immediately. She did all of the communicating and negotiating with the home owners and we had a contract before it went on the market. We may never have been able to afford it if it went on the market and had multiple bids. Janet work hard to make our dream come true. Janet worked hard to help us find a house. We were new to SC. She knows a lot about the whole county and has many contacts. She even called a locksmith for us when we locked our keys in our car! Janet is honest and straight forward. We are so happy that we found her!
