I have just completed the sale of a residential property in Sparks, and it has been quite a journey. The deal started off as a routine house sale, and through an unexpected series of events, it ended up evolving into an adventure in real estate! We picked Simon to represent us after conducting brief interviews with a couple of agents, based mostly on his friendly demeanor and his professional presentation. He seemed like someone we could trust. n nThrough no one's fault, our real estate deal was plagued with several unfortunate circumstances that complicated the sale. We had an initial offer fall through, and we had to deal with probate courts and legal procedures in order to proceed. Later, Simon navigated us through getting the house back on the market, receiving other offers, contingencies, corrections, new offers falling through, multiple new offers, low-ball offers, counter-offers, back-up-offers. He hosted Open Houses, and presented the sale of the property in the neighborhood. Simon dealt with all of these situations with professionalism and had the knowledge and experience to handle the breadth of all that was happening. If that wasn't enough, I live out of state, and we are conducting all of this business electronically and over the phone. Simon helped me to line up contractors for repairs and landscaping. He helped keep an eye on the property with regular check-ins, and helped monitor all the things necessary in the home (A/C, lawn water, etc.). Through all of this, Simon was always protecting my best interests as a seller, and he worked tirelessly on all the little details that others may have missed. His upbeat attitude and tenacious spirit helped through the whole event. Simon really went above and beyond the call of duty for me and my family on this deal, and I can't say enough how much I appreciate his work. n nFrom where I sit, Simon is more than just a good real estate agent, he is a great person.
