My husband and I are first time home buyers and moved to Georgia from New York. Rachel was able to organize for me to see houses for the one day I was able to be down there to see what I had liked from my own online recon. Rachel worked quickly and efficiently and we closed on the house just over a month after the contract was made. She was able to explain the things I didn't know and negotiate for things in the contract that I wouldn't have thought of being able to add; as well as do the leg work for my inspection and other things since I don't live in the area. I would not have been able to get this house as quick as I did, for the price I got, and with as many things the seller fixed without Rachel. I highly recommend her as a realtor.
