Brad has all the qualities you would want in a realtor! He was knowledgeable of the areas I was interested in, he was always available to answer questions, he was able to understand what I was looking for and find houses that fit and exceeded my criteria, and he was patient as that criteria changed. What I liked most is that Brad always shared his expert opinion with me and I could tell he had my best interest at heart. He truly wanted to find the best house for me. After closing on my house, Brad continued to be available for questions and he even continued working FOR me to ensure I got everything that was agreed upon at closing. Great guy and great realtor!
