Kallie is hands down amazing!!!!! I moved from across the country to Seminole and knew nothing about the area but she took me under her wing and helped with every single step of the process. From negotiation, to closing, to moving in, and getting settled during our first few weeks - Kallie has been not just a realtor to us but a true friend! She is always on your side, fighting for your best interest, staying on top of everything, following up on loose ends, and genuinely caring about you and your family. Every time I had a question (whether it was about the property we purchased or where to make a dentist appt once we moved into town lol), she either already knew the answer or was immediately looking into it. And even though I did not expect this of her at all, she made herself constantly available to me no matter what time of night I texted her! With all our busy schedules, its really nice to have a realtor be so accessible 7 days a week around the clock. Her kindness has no bounds - even after closing on our new home and moving in, she has continued to check in with me and my family every day to make sure we are doing ok, has introduced us to the neighbors in town, helped us navigate several home maintenance and repair issues that have come up as expected with the purchase of any new home, and even helped me figure out where to send my kids to daycare/preschool! The concierge service that Kallie provides is top notch, exceptional, and will blow you away. I could not be happier and I am so thankful we chose her as our real estate agent!

Kallie was a joy to work with. We had a fairly unique home buying situation, and she met every single part of it with a lot of knowledge and experience, and made us feel a lot more confident in the whole process.
