Nicole is professional, knowledgeable and is the person you want to handle your home purchase or sale. We were out of state buyers and right from the start, Nicole was able to accomodate our travel schedule with seeing homes in the area, as well as providing background on the various neiborhoods. Nicole negotiated with the builder on our behalf and we received 100% of our request. Because we were out of state, Nicole remained in contact with the builder to ensure that they stayed on schedule, accompianied us on inspections with the builder when we were in town and kept us informed of their progress. Nicole made certain that all of our specific requests were met and we were able to close on the house on the original scheduled date.
