My wife and I first met Rob in the summer of 2016 at Hilton Head Lakes Sales Center. Throughout the process of deciding on the selection of the lot and eventual construction of our home in the fall of 2018, Rob was professional and courteous. We were impressed with his insight and knowledge of purchasing and building a home, especially his help with the many upgrades we wanted that made our house a highly customized home. Numerous times Rob went to bat for us and was able to have everything we requested approved by the developer. Once the sale was complete, Rob kept us informed on the progress of the construction of our home, which was important as we lived over 600 miles away. We took occupancy of our home in the spring of 2019. Rob still remains in touch and thanks us, with selections of homemade cookies and invitations to holiday gatherings for his clients. What a personal touch and service after the sale.
