John was totally professional, knowledgeable & helpful in every way. He provided an accurate market analysis at our request in early September. We signed with him to sell the property on a Monday, & we had a cash buyer in less than a week, with settlement in mid October. I believe this happened so quickly because John had provided excellent advice about staging the house, setting the right price, & he took great pictures that showed the house well. John was immediately responsive to every question we had, with competent, helpful answers every time. We will miss our piece of Heaven in Shunk, but the new owners are going to enjoy it now, & are also pleased with the expertise of John & his team at Robin Real Estate.
