My husband and I worked with Laird to help find a townhome for our daughter in Morgantown. We are not from the area and could only spend a limited amount of time looking in person. I'm not sure I would have ever found a home I was 100% happy with in Morgantown if not for Laird. It was quite the process from searching for homes to closing. After looking at close to 30 homes (I'm the type who has to see all of my options) we finally found one we wanted to put an offer on. After the offer was accepted the property sustained damages that would require repairs. We wanted to make the repairs ourselves in our image, after all it was to be our home. In order to do this we were forced to negotiate with a relocation company, an insurance company and the previous owners. Somehow Laird was able to help pull off the deal. In the end we got exactly what we wanted! Well worth the wait, and that's what Laird understands. He knows that buying home should take as long as it must to find the prefect one.
