Mr. Williams came highly recommended and my first impression of him was great...PowerPoint presentation, highly responsive, genuinely great guy. However, once he offered to buy my house and we entered into a contract, he became less responsive, missed a meeting with no communication, and towards the end....ignored all phone calls and text messages. Mr. Williams notified me about the results of an inspection on the house he was buying from me, the day before we were scheduled to close. Needless to say, I was forced to pay mortgage on an empty home because he refused to communicate and I was forced to find another agent after wasting 3 months dealing with Mr. Williams. I would not recommend him to anyone, he cost me money and wasted my time...not to mention the mental anguish of being ignored and feeling stuck. 2020
